Our Services
Experience unmatched efficiency and quality in forestry mulching, brush control, lot clearing, water erosion mitigation, fire control, debris and detritus removal, vegetation thinning, and building site preparation.
Land clearing & Forestry Mulching
Remove all above-ground vegetation as needed for client’s vision. Methods include forestry mulching, dozing/ripping, grinding, and burning.
We will be happy to consult on which method(s) would be best for your specific needs.
Brush Control: Thin or clear your property of dense undergrowth and tree cover.
Prepare for: building, fencing, utility right of way, fire prevention, etc.
Mulching turns all of the growth into chips that will enrich the soil as they compost, while also protecting against soil erosion.
Grading and Excavating
Prepare cleared ground for building construction.
Flat or sloped planar surfaces as needed for construction or water erosion control.
Excavation and construction of driveways, land features, ponds, and more.
Demolition debris removal
Remove unsightly debris and dangerous old buildings safely and quickly using our services.
Combine with excavating and grading services to make land ready for new construction or other uses.

Kingdom Land Services leverages modern technology to increase efficiency and productivity over competitor machines. We own one of the most powerful hydraulic powerplants available in the CTL/Skid-Steer market, enabling faster and more efficient mulching. The power of the hydraulic motor is directly related to the speed it can spin up the mulching drum, and how well it can maintain that speed during heavy cutting. This increased power enables the expert operator to be far more efficient in the use of his (and the client’s) time.
Bobcat T86 - 99 HHP (Hydraulic Horsepower)
Performance Difference vs Comparable and/or Top Offering from Competitors:
+55% over JCB 270T - 64 HHP
+29% over Bobcat T870 - 77 HHP
+21% over Takeuchi TL12V2 - 82 HHP
+19% over Kubota SVL97-2 - 83 HHP
+18% over Case TV620B - 84 HHP
+10% over John Deere 333P - 90 HHP
+4% over CAT 299D3 XE - 95 HHP
+4% over ASV VT100 Forestry - 95 HHP
With the exception of the new ASV RT135 - a forestry machine we heavily considered and ultimately rejected when selecting our new machine - to get more hydraulic power than the T86 we use, you need to get a forestry tractor closer in size to a bulldozer. These tractors are significantly slower and less maneuverable, and the heavier machines cause more damage to the ground. The power in the compact, maneuverable package of the skid steer/compact track loader frequently enables us to clear more land, in less time, despite the greater hydraulic capacity of the tractor.
In sum, Kingdom’s Advantage is expert handling of the most efficient technology on the market in order to give our clientele higher-quality results and a greater return on their investment. -
According to Industry Leader, Fecon:
The positive environmental impacts of forestry mulching cannot be overstated. While traditional land-clearing methods typically rely on burning or hauling away vegetation, forestry mulching leaves organic material on the ground, and that’s when the magic happens.Improved Soil Health
As the mulch decomposes and organic material returns to the ground, it releases nutrients, enhancing soil fertility. The result is a nutrient rich environment that supports healthy plant growth and a thriving ecosystem.
Reduced Erosion
Erosion has become more and more common in areas with less vegetation. However, forestry mulching is proven to help combat this issue, providing a protective layer of mulch on the soil surface. The added layer of mulch retains moisture, protects root systems, and prevents the soil from being washed away by rainwater.
Promotion of Native Plant Growth
Forestry mulching helps native plants thrive by eliminating invasive species and creating a great environment for local flora. The mulch layer keeps invasive weeds at bay and gives native plants a nutrient-rich place to grow, boosting biodiversity and restoring natural habitats.

Modern forests have become exceedingly overcrowded due to our management and suppression of wildfires, a part of a natural forest's life cycle.
Proper stewardship involves thinning tree growth to reduce risk of disease, stunted growth, and interruption of local wild life.
In addition to these natural environmental benefits, forestry mulching all but eliminates the huge danger of dead fall and brush overburden fire fuels. Un-stewarded forests full of fire fuels are often the cause of wildfires moving faster than a man can run.

Mulching is a fast and efficient lot clearance method. Depending on the density of brush and tree cover, a single machine can cover anywhere from 1 to 5 acres per day. With the incredible power and efficiency of our newest machine, we can exceed 5 acres a day in some circumstances.

As with the previous question, pricing is heavily dependent on the density of the vegetation to be cleared, the lay of the land to be cleared, and any safety concerns (utilities/water features/etc). We will build an estimate based on your specific property considerations and your desired end product. A site survey also gives us the opportunity to discover any additional requirements before we arrive to do the job (such as unloading restrictions, need for additional attachments, etc).
